Shark Tank India 4 showcases InnerGize, a stress-reliever device
In the most recent episode of Shark Tank India, which just launched its fourth season 3 young entrepreneur presented their wearable stress-relieving device – Dr. Siddhant, Shalmali, and Mitansh presented their company, InnerGize, which creates a wearable device that stimulates the parasympathetic nervous system and relieves stress by gently stimulating the vegus nerve with electricity. On the pitch, Siddhant took the initiative and said that personal setbacks were the inspiration for the plan. They valued their company at Rs 36 crore and requested Rs 54 lakh in exchange for 1.5% equity.
InnerGize’s Financials & Revenue during Shark Tank India:
Thirty-three percent of the business was held by the three Shark Tank India co-founders. A total of ₹2 crores was raised by InnerGize, of which ₹90 lakhs were grants. With a post-money valuation of ₹36 crores, they are currently raising a round with a total investment of ₹4 crores.
For the first six to eight months, the creators are concentrating on B2B sales, but they eventually hope to develop a D2C brand. The cost of the item is ₹5,000. The device, charger, and twelve patches are all included in the box. A pack of eight patches is also available for ₹500. The product’s manufacturing cost is ₹1,200.
The company aims to be their partner in mental health and provide services on a pay-per-session basis for their business-to-business model. They can market these products to those clients once they are accustomed to it and understand its advantages.
InnerGize Shark Tank India Negotiations & Funding:
Aman questioned the business owners about the distinction between using their gadget and receiving a basic massage. He inquired, “Is this a medical champi?” to which Siddhant answered, “Yes, it is precisely that.” The speakers explained that the device merely helps a person’s mental health and gave a live demonstration of its operation. Additionally, they asserted that neurologists, therapists, and psychiatrists had all praised the device. They have already raised crores of rupees, he said. “Alia Bhatt is interested, and Finance with Sharan has invested.”
Citing his eagerness to gain a “foot in the door,” Ritesh was the first “shark” to submit a bid. He complied with the entrepreneur’s demands, but Vineeta and Kunal pulled out of the agreement, claiming that the product’s potential was unclear at the time. Azhar also agreed to the pitcher’s demands by matching Ritesh’s offer. Aman, however, offered the Rs 54 lakh they requested in exchange for 2.5% equity, stating that he can contribute significantly given his background in wearable technology.
Before they could respond, Aman, Ritesh, and Azhar jointly offered Rs 75 lakh for 3% stake. The pitchers requested a few minutes to make their decision.
The business owners were thrilled to notice the interest and responded by requesting Rs 1.08 crore in return for 3% equity. Aman promptly turned down Siddhant’s offer to give them a discount on the upcoming investment round. Following some discussions, they agreed to pay Rs 1 crore in return for 4.2% equity, and the business owners left with a settlement.
