The launch of Uber Green in Kolkata supports the city’s continuous endeavors to enhance air quality and cut down carbon emissions. “Improving Kolkata’s air quality is a collective responsibility. Uber is committed to becoming a zero-emissions mobility platform by 2030 in Europe and North America, and worldwide by 2040. The Science Based Targets Initiative has validated Uber’s near and long-term emissions reduction goals, positioning Uber among the first 30 US-based companies to reach this significant milestone.

• Look for the option called Uber Green at the bottom of the screen and select it.
