Ixigo Extends Partnership With Phonepe To Cover Booking Services For Flights, Buses, And Trains

Online travel agency ixigo has expanded its exclusive partnership with UPI payment giant PhonePe. Initially focused solely on train bookings, this partnership now includes flight and bus bookings via the PhonePe app. This expansion incorporates ixigo Flights for flight reservations and AbhiBus for bus bookings, while also enhancing its existing collaboration with ConfirmTkt for train services.

The collaboration between ixigo and PhonePe will provide more than 540 million PhonePe users with a seamless experience for booking flights, trains, and buses, along with utility services. Travelers will benefit from easier payment methods and attractive discounts on their reservations. Moreover, PhonePe users can access premium features and value-added services from the ixigo Group, including ixigo Assured (Free Cancellation), ixigo Assured Flex, and Abhi Assured. These offerings enable users to book tickets that are fully flexible and freely reschedulable, along with instant refunds in case of cancellations.
