Subhag a healthTech business has made a special kit for couples who want to have a baby but are facing difficulty. The kit helps with a process called Intrauterine Insemination, which can help couples become parents. The founders of this company are Soham Sahu, Vikram Rajput, and Chandan Prasad. The kit includes three main things: an Ovulation Strip to track the best time for insemination, a soft cup called VConceive to help with the insemination process, and Androwash to clean the sperm properly. They have sold 3500 Vconceive Kits and 20 Androwash Units over the lifetime of the company. Last month, they didn’t make any sales due to a change in the law. In September 2022, they had sales of ₹2 lakh.

Subhag, a company seeking investment on the Shark Tank television show, initially asked for 50 lakhs rupees in exchange for 1% equity in their business. However, they ended up receiving 20 lakhs rupees for 1% equity and an additional 30 lakhs as a debt with 10% interest from Namita, who invested in the startup. Alongside Namita’s investment, Vineeta offered 20 lakhs rupees for 1.67% equity in Subhag.
