He tried to start many ecommerce businesses, but he were not successful. However, in 2018, he launched their own direct-to-consumer perfume brand called Adilqadri. Some achievements he has had include being featured in Sharktank Indian Season 3, reaching 14 lac customers, having 15 official retail stores, being a best seller on Amazon and Flipkart, visiting the offices of Facebook and Google in India, and winning the Yourstory super startup award.

AdilQadri’s founder wanted to raise ₹1 crore (10 million Indian rupees) in exchange for a 2% stake in the company. While the sharks were initially interested, they had concerns about the market size. The founder projected the company would earn ₹80-90 crores (800-900 million Indian rupees) by 2024. However, the sharks discovered the company was spending heavily on marketing and had taken out a loan, leading some to decline investing. Ultimately, shark Vineeta Singh offered ₹1 crore for a 1% stake, with the condition that the company reduce ad spending to pay off the debt, and she would also get 1% of earnings until her investment was repaid – a deal that was accepted.
