According to Shark Tank India-4, of the approximately 4 crore borewells in the nation today, half (54%) have dried up or are likely to dry up. Although rainwater is not penetrating as far into the ground, water is actually constantly being drained from the lower ground. Many farmers even commit suicide as a result of crops being destroyed by a lack of water. The government was particularly intrigued with a firm that treated parched borewells in the fourth season of Shark Tank India (Shark Tank India Season 4).
The dry borewell issue was recognized by Pune natives Rahul Bakre and Vinita Fadnis. He created the Bore Charger brand, which restores water to a dry borewell. Urdhvam Environmental Technologies PVT LTD is the brand in question. It was initiated by the business. This setup creates a bypass in the borewell and essentially conducts borewell angioplasty, which makes it water again.
“Our mission is to recharge groundwater, enhance the efficiency of groundwater sources, and promote sustainable water management practices,” stated Rahul Bakare, founder of BoreCharger. We’re thrilled to be on Shark Tank India since it gives us a chance to demonstrate our cutting-edge technology and encourage a water conservation movement.”
