Intervue is used for technical interviews, which are interviews focused on a person’s technical skills, like coding. The software allows employers to interview job candidates remotely, meaning they can do the interview over the internet instead of meeting in person. It has features like letting the candidate write and run code, as well as tools for audio and video calls. The goal of Intervue is to simplify the entire interview process, from take-home assignments to in-person interviews. They provide a tech-enabled service platform for businesses to find and hire candidates. Intervue locates qualified candidates and forwards them to the businesses, who then select 70% of the candidates recommended by Intervue.

Founder’s Journey of Intervue

Intervue was founded by two software engineers, Rahul Arora and Pushpinder Singh Rautela, who previously worked together at PayTm and had been friends for 5 years. Rahul, who is from Ludhiana, Punjab, graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering and also has an ITIL certification. He got the idea for Intervue after realizing the typical 45-day interview process could be streamlined, and the company claims it can fill positions in just 7 days. Pushpinder, the CTO, is from Ghaziabad and also has a software engineering background from Delhi University. The two co-founders launched Intervue based on Rahul’s insight about improving the hiring process.
