However, instead of dropping her at her location, he cancelled the trip in the middle of the road.
When the actor refused to get down from the car, the driver turned the car in the opposite direction and then took her to his locality. He then reportedly started hurling abuses at her.

A popular TV actor hailing from Bengal has accused her Uber driver of “throwing her out” of the cab and threatening her when she was en route to a shoot. The actor, Swastika Dutta who is a part of a popular Bengali TV show, took to Facebook to narrate the horrifying tale.
She said that she had hailed a cab to drop her to her shoot location which was at a studio in South Kolkata’s Raina region. This cab was booked on Wednesday morning at 8.15 am. The driver whose name was Jamshed picked her up from her home. However, instead of dropping her at her location, he cancelled the trip in the middle of the road. He then asked her to get down from the car.
