OYO taking a step to move forward in Europe, initiating with the launch in Germany

As said expansion and exploration is a law of nature, this has made true by 5, years old hotel startup, OYO headed by Indian innovative mind Ritesh Agrawal, at age of 21 only. OYO a Gurgaon based startup started with 1 hotel in Delhi at 2013 and now has reformed to a $5 billion worth start-up funded by various international venture capitalists. It has explored its presence not only in India in more than 180 cities with 1,43,000 hotel rooms but had grabbed its presence globally especially in China, Malaysia, Nepal, Britain, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Spain, and Portugal. Now Ritesh Agrawal is planning to step forward and benefit European countries commencing with aesthetic cities of Germany including Hamburg, Munich, Hannover, Cologne, and Nuremberg. 

The app-based company fuelled by giant investors America’s Sequoia Capita and Japanese Group SoftBank have become major hotel firm of the decade with its presence in over 10 countries. The hotel giant is going to initiate booking in beauteous cities of Germany from the end of February 2019. The company has also hired Andrew Verbitsky who has corporate experience with Delivery Hero and Airbnb to head European market. The company has also made a high profiled hiring by appointing former IndiGo president Aditya Ghosh as CEO for South Asia and India. With these major hirings, soft bank Baked company has planned to have coverage in four European countries including Germany, UK, Spain, and Portugal. Success report of hotel giant in the European market is most awaited news to all. 

Sources aware of business expansion of OYO in Europe said that the company has already hired innovative minds in the role of transformation managers and various functions of business development for making its a dynamic presence in Europe.
