Atypical Advantage Shark Tank Negotiations

Anupam makes the first offer of ₹30 lakh, but at a previous value of ₹7 crores, which would make him the owner of 4.29% of the company. Then, Aman and Namita express interest in joining Anupam’s offer, which he accepts. Peyush also wants to invest in the company, but he feels he needs a larger share in the company to be more directly involved, so he offers ₹1 crore for a 12% stake. Vineeta decides to leave the negotiation, stating that there are other good offers that could benefit the company more.

Vineet then makes a counteroffer to the investors, asking for ₹1.2 crore for a 10% stake, with all the investors agreeing to this deal. Vineet also proposes a separate offer to Peyush, asking him to contribute ₹90 lakh to the investment. Anupam disagrees with this and suggests he come in with the same percentage as Peyush, but Peyush refuses and proposes that Anupam can invest ₹1 crore for a 10% stake. Anupam is not happy with this and decides to leave the deal. Peyush also leaves after this disagreement.

Aman and Namita remain interested in the company and offer ₹30 lakh for a 3% stake, which Vineet accepts, and they agree to the deal.
