Shark Tank India Drone Startup InsideFPV Signs A Global MoU

Israel-based drone business UAV Dynamix and Surat-based deeptech drone startup InsideFPV have signed a strategic memorandum of understanding.

According to the company that was featured on Shark Tank India, it has also committed to providing UAV Dynamix with an anticipated 10,000 drones over the course of the next ten years.

“As a business committed to using in-depth research and development to solve issues, we took on the challenge of flight duration and made notable advancements. We set up drone labs in schools and universities since we understood that drone technology was still in its infancy in India. Our dedication to India’s Made in India initiative and our goal of becoming a worldwide hub for drone manufacturing are demonstrated by our agreement to deliver 10,000 drones. Through research and development, we excitedly look forward to more developments in the drone industry,” stated InsideFPV CEO Arth Chowdhary.

According to Tal Appelbaum, CEO of UAV Dynamix, “from surveillance to surveying operations, the growing dependence of UAVs is critical to shape the future of modern aviation,” he stressed the increasing needs of UAVs in numerous elements of contemporary aviation. Through the MoU, both companies will be able to pool their technological expertise to develop cutting-edge drone solutions that will propel international growth.

This collaboration represents a major chance to share technology, both software and hardware. Additionally, it will highlight the creation of pertinent and effective solutions with cutting-edge technology from both businesses.

Through multiple demonstrations over the past few years, InsideFPV’s drones have gained substantial validity and acceptance among Indian defense forces. The business stated in a release that the objective is to develop a trustworthy outlook among important foreign defense partners, hence magnifying growth.

According to the press release, the deal also supports InsideFPV’s long-term goal of being the top drone manufacturer in the world by pushing the envelope in terms of creativity, innovation, and execution.

This comes after the manufacturer of drones set a new record with their futuristic drones, recording 141 minutes of flight time on a single battery. Right now, the goal is to surpass the Guinness World Record.

The company claimed that its comprehensive research, which it has been conducting since 2020 and involved numerous work hours and demanding field testing, was the reason behind the record-breaking flight.

The Gujarat-based company also launched Drone Labs, a research facility that provides army school students with exposure to and instruction in drones through a variety of interactive learning programs.

With Drone Arena, Drone Labs hopes to increase interest in STEM education while bringing drone awareness to a new level.

The company uses cutting-edge drone platforms to introduce students to electronics, coding, and robotics. They also provide curriculum support, teacher training, and technical assistance.

Notably, InsideFPV’s cutting-edge simulator powers the Drone Labs, enabling anyone to learn how to fly drones in a risk-free setting.

Beginners can practice in a variety of circumstances using the training program, which will help them develop their confidence and muscle memory. It’s interesting to note that there are no requirements for participation; anyone can take the course regardless of age, gender, or level of education.

To date, InsideFPV has attracted more than Rs 3.85 crore from investors, including the founders of Fasal, the managing directors of Blackstone Group and KPMG, Inflection Point Ventures, Soonicorn Ventures, Mumbai Angels, and Dlabs at ISB Hyderabad.
