In Gandhinagar, Home Minister Amit Shah launches Startup Conclave 2025, which will bring together more than 1,000 businesses, 5,000 innovators, and leading investors. India’s startup sector received a major boost when Union Home Minister Amit Shah opened the eagerly awaited Startup Conclave 2025 at Mahatma Mandir in Gandhinagar. This two-day summit, which is being organized by the Gujarat State Education Department, is bringing together a diverse group of entrepreneurs, investors, mentors, and policymakers from all over the nation. The occasion highlights Gujarat’s and the Center’s shared dedication to fostering innovation, encouraging entrepreneurship, and spurring investment in industries with rapid growth.

Startup Conclave 2025 is among the largest gatherings of its kind, featuring,

• Over 1,000 startups
• 5,000 innovators
• 100 industry mentors
• 50+ venture capital funds

Also on display are over 170 firms chosen by Startup India, the Innovations for Defence Excellence (iDEX) initiative, and the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY).
This exposes the country to state-of-the-art solutions in clean tech, finance, AI, agriculture, defense, and healthcare.

Facilitating 50 Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) between financial institutions, investors, and startups is one of the conclave’s highlights. It is anticipated that these agreements would open up new avenues for funding, corporate expansion, and strategic alliances.

In addition, the Gujarat government will distribute,

• Funding cheques
• Letters of Intent (LoIs)
• To several promising ventures, reinforcing the state’s proactive role in enabling startup financing and mentorship.
