Primebook is a startup started by engineers and IIT graduates Chitranshu Mahant and Aman Verma in 2021. They developed the Primebook 4G, an Android laptop tailored for students in India. Their goal was to offer top-notch laptops for education to millions of Indian kids at a cost similar to smartphones and tablets. They sought an investment of Rs 75 lakh for a 1.5% ownership, valuing their company at Rs 25 crore.
