Nestroots Shark Tank Negotiations

Vineeta stepped away from the deal because she had a conflict of interest with another company she had invested in. Namita was the first to make an offer, proposing ₹50 lakh for a 2% stake in the company. Aman, upon hearing Namita’s offer, decided to leave, but he suggested that the company should focus more on marketing spending. Anupam also decided to step out of the negotiations, believing that the future competition would become very intense. Peyush, who was interested, wanted to offer ₹50 lakh for a 5% stake, but ultimately didn’t make the offer because he thought Namita’s offer was excellent. Chhavi, without any further negotiations, accepted Namita’s offer, and they sealed the deal with a handshake.
