Kartik Gaggar, the Founder & CEO of Rooftop is a Chartered Accountant and has completed an Executive Education Programme in Business Administration. Before starting Rooftop, Kartik worked as an Audit Associate at PwC and then as a Management Consultant in BFSI FinTech companies. In these roles, he worked on strategy and building systems for growing businesses from the beginning to establishing a strong brand presence in the market. Kartik has always been curious and fascinated by various art forms worldwide. His strong desire to make these art forms known and appreciated led him to establish Rooftop. The company seems to be focused on promoting and sharing different kinds of art with people who admire them.

Idea or Concept of The RoofTop

The COVID-19 lockdown led to a surge in digital consumption while traditional art providers had even fewer chances to showcase their work. In response, Kartik, the founder of ‘Rajasthan Studio,’ started thinking about creating a digital platform to connect artists with art lovers and build a community for them. This led to the development of the Rooftop app, which aimed to connect artists and art enthusiasts without the limitations of time and place.
