Fashion startup KNOT has secured $3 million in a pre-Series A round led by Kae Capital, with participation from Sparrow Capital, Boundless VC, and others.

The funding will support KNOT's expansion beyond Mumbai, enhanced product development, and deeper brand partnerships.

KNOT operates a 60-minute fashion delivery model with a “Try Before You Buy” feature, offering customers the convenience of quick decisions without commitment.

The company has already partnered with over 70 brands including Snitch, The Souled Store, and Bonkers Corner.

KNOT was founded by Archit Nanda and Rachit Bansal, previously known for their anonymous compliment-sharing app Slick.

After Slick faced monetization challenges, the founders pivoted to address more commercially viable consumer pain points, resulting in KNOT.

The fashion quick commerce sector in India is seeing a surge, with players like Slikk, Blip, and Myntra also entering the 60-minute delivery race.

KNOT’s business model involves paying brands post-sale, making it low risk for fashion labels to join the platform.

The startup currently processes thousands of orders monthly and plans to launch operations in Delhi soon.

As quick commerce grows, fashion is emerging as a key segment, with projections indicating the Indian quick commerce market could reach $40 billion by 2030.
